1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The item must not be used or damaged.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return your order, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@medicubeshops.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@medicubeshops.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the defective or damaged product along with your order details for quicker processing.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
7. Shipping Charges for Returns
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. International returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team, and you must include all relevant customs documentation.
